Project Overview:

This project was part of the supply chain for the infrastructure development in Turkmenistan. Our company was entrusted with transporting heavy cargo from Bandar Abbas to Akchalyk. The cargo consisted of large metal components with unconventional dimensions, which required special planning, route safety analysis, and international transit permits.

The operation was carried out during winter, posing additional challenges such as temperature fluctuations, slippery roads, and time constraints.


Actions and Services Provided:

  • Pre-loading Technical and Engineering Review: Ensuring stability of the load before transport.

  • Use of Multi-Axle Lowbed Trailers: To distribute the weight and prevent damage to the roads.

  • Complete International Cargo Insurance: Covering road incidents and border delays.

  • Obtaining Multi-Stage Border Crossing Permits: Through the customs of Iran and Turkmenistan.

  • Technical and Traffic Escort Team: Ensuring safe passage through narrow and sensitive roads.

  • Real-time GPS Monitoring and Position Tracking: To control fleet movements and provide accurate updates to the client.

  • Safe Unloading at Destination: In coordination with the Turkmen technical team, ensuring no damage or delays in equipment delivery.


Project Outcome:

The project was executed successfully without any damage or delays, achieving full satisfaction from the Turkmen client. This project once again demonstrated our company’s capabilities in handling international missions involving special and heavy cargo.
