International Oversized Transport Project
From Bandar Abbas, Iran to Qarshi Region, Uzbekistan | Load Length: 30 meters
📍 Origin: Bandar Abbas – Heavy Cargo Terminal
📍 Destination: Qarshi Region – Republic of Uzbekistan
📏 Cargo Dimensions: 30 meters length | Heavy weight
📅 Execution Date: Spring 2025
🚛 Fleet Type: Extendable Low Bed Trailer + Technical Escort
Project Overview:
In this project, our company successfully transported a specialized industrial load measuring 30 meters in length from Bandar Abbas to Qarshi in southern Uzbekistan. Due to the exceptional length of the cargo, the operation required specialized equipment, route analysis, multi-country permits, and continuous technical escort.
The route started in southern Iran, entered Turkmenistan through Sarakhs or Lotfabad, and crossed into Uzbekistan via the Farab border.
Key Actions:
-
Safe loading with ultra-heavy cranes at Bandar Abbas
-
Use of extendable trailer designed for long loads, with advanced balancing and securing systems
-
Route mapping and identification of critical constraints (bridges, turns, overhead cables)
-
Obtaining overlength transport permits from Iran, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan
-
Providing international escort teams for highway and urban transitions
-
Coordinated customs and transit handling across all three countries
-
Final unloading in Qarshi with full technical supervision and client presence
Outcome:
Despite the cargo’s complexity, the project was executed with high precision, no incidents, and zero delays. This successful delivery demonstrated our strong operational capability in handling modular and oversized cargo across Central Asia’s international corridors.
