Project Description:

In this project, our company was responsible for the transport of a 25-meter-long industrial unit from Bandar Abbas to Qarshi, southern Uzbekistan. Due to the excessive length, the cargo was classified as oversized and required specialized routing, custom permits, and dedicated equipment.

The route passed through Iran and Turkmenistan, entering Uzbekistan via the Farab border. All operations were carried out under technical supervision with valid transit permits from the respective countries.

Key Actions:

  • Secure and professional loading at Bandar Abbas using heavy-duty cranes

  • Use of a dedicated extendable trailer suitable for overlength cargo

  • Route mapping with detailed analysis of width, height, and turning restrictions

  • Obtaining international overdimension transport permits from Iran, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan

  • Technical escort through critical areas such as bridges, tunnels, and city entrances

  • Continuous monitoring by the logistics team and real-time communication with the client

  • Accurate unloading and final delivery at the project site in Qarshi with full coordination

Result:
The project was successfully completed without any damage or delay. Our fleet’s capability, precise route management, and execution accuracy led to full customer satisfaction and demonstrated the company’s expertise in handling overdimension cargo across Central Asia.
